Yes. Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after it is created.
Complete solar kits, rack batteries and large inverters ship by LTL freight on a pallet. Liftgate service is included and the carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery window.
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos of the packaging and contact us within 24 to 48 hours so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
