Authorized Dealer, Full Coverage
Grider Energy is an authorized dealer for every brand in our catalog, including Renogy, RICH SOLAR, SunGoldPower, FIRMAN, Jackery, Pecron, BLUETTI, BougeRV, Epoch and SOK.
Every unit ships brand new and factory sealed, so the full manufacturer warranty applies from the day it is delivered.
Typical Warranty Terms
- LiFePO4 & server rack batteries: 5 to 10-year limited warranty
- Pure sine wave & hybrid inverters: 2 to 5-year limited warranty
- Monocrystalline solar panels: 25-year linear power output warranty
- Portable power stations: 2 to 5-year manufacturer warranty
- Gas & dual fuel generators: 2 to 3-year residential warranty

How To File A Claim
Email support@griderenergy.com or use the support form with your order number, the product model and a short description. Photos or a short video help.
We open the claim with the manufacturer and coordinate troubleshooting, replacement parts or a replacement unit. You keep one point of contact at Grider Energy until it is resolved.
What Is Not Covered
Damage from improper installation, wiring outside the manufacturer's specifications, physical damage, water ingress on non-rated equipment, or normal wear are generally excluded by manufacturers.
