Each panel uses Grade A+ N-Type TopCon monocrystalline cells arranged in a 64-cell module with 16 busbars and a half-cut layout. This combination reduces resistive power loss, limits the impact of shading through bypass diodes, and improves low-light power generation compared to traditional PERC cells. Anti-reflective coated glass further increases energy capture across varying light conditions throughout the day.
Every MEGA 250 undergoes 30+ mechanical and electrical quality checks before leaving the factory, including PID resistance testing and EL diagnostics. The result is a panel with a 0~+5W positive power tolerance — meaning you're always getting at or above rated output at STC.
