The BRAVO 40 is a 40A MPPT solar charge controller with tracking efficiency above 99.5% and charge conversion efficiency as high as 98%. It accepts up to 100V DC maximum PV open circuit voltage and supports a recommended PV input power of 600W at 12V or 1200W at 24V.
The controller self-adapts to 12V or 24V systems and supports common negative connection wiring. Reverse discharge protection and overvoltage protection are described as targeted for accuracy. The internal board carries conformal coating, and the unit includes extensive internal electronics, in-circuit protections, and safety protections.
